Presentation of the organisation:

Le Pays de Haute Mayenne regroupe 6 communautés de communes et une commune associée (102 communes).
Son rôle est de conduire une réflexion prospective, susciter des projets et des partenariats pour que les objectifs et ambitions inscrites à la charte de territoire se concrétisent.

Fondé sur une démarche participative, le conseil de développement rassemble les habitants intéressés par l'avenir du Pays et propose idées et avis sur les actions.

Parmi les objectifs inscrits à la charte figure l'ambition de "Favoriser une politique environnementale volontariste" et ce dans une perspective de développement durable. C'est le point de départ d'un programme sur l'efficacité énergétique et le développement durable débuté en 2003.





Actions implemented in the field of building performance:

- voyage à Fribourg sur la thématique environnement/ énergie / développement durable
- réalisation de supports de communications, intégration d'articles dans les bulletins municipaux
- 25 collectivités ont réalisé un bilan énergétique et une partie engage des actions de maîtrise de l'énergie à la suite de ces audits
- plusieurs programmes de constructions publiques s'appuyant sur la démarche Haute Qualité Environnementale
- Réalisation de thermographies infrarouges sur 70 bâtiments publics
- Mobilisation de crédits européens, régionaux et nationaux pour des réalisations visant une efficacité énergétique ou des études techniques approfondies
- création d'un poste de thermicien pour les communes ne disposant pas de cette compétence en interne (analyse approfondie de bâtiments, propositions d'améliorations, chiffrage comparatif pour un changement d'énergie)
- mise en place de formations en partenariat avec le CNFPT sur les thématiques HQE, maîtrise de la demande en énergie, maintenance et régulation des chaufferies.
- soirées d'informations publiques sur la maîtrise de l'énergie et les énergies renouvelables
- animations jeunes publics sur l'énergie
- sensibilisation des artisans du bâtiments à l'approche HQE
- appui à un groupement d'achat de capteurs solaires photovoltaïques
