Fifth French Users Club

 Le prochain club d’utilisateur Display aura lieu (comme fixé lors de notre dernier atelier) le mardi 27 mai à Paris, du 10h00 à 16h30. L’agenda vous sera communiquer début mai, après une réunion préparatoire avec la DGUHC.

 On va certainement vous donner la parole pour que vous nous parlez de vos premières expériences avec le DPE et le Poster DPE/Display.

 N’hésitez pas de nous communiquer vos suggestions pour l’ordre du jour et surtout réserver bien la date dans vos agendas.

First UK Display Users club held in Derby

 2007 November 26th

 A mixture of experienced, new and interested local authorities and Display users met at the Assembly Rooms in Derby to discuss the future of Display® in the UK.

Ted King of the Sustainable Buildings Division, Communities and Local Government was there to answer questions and there were lively discussions particularly around the topic of communication. At this meeting Ted King agreed that Display is:

 A successful campaign, dealing with three elements (energy, CO2 and water), whereas DECs only deal with CO2.

 The Display poster needs to be changed so that it produces the same CO2 results as the DEC and that the energy benchmarks are inline with the statutory benchmarks.

 There is no reason why the Display label can’t be displayed next to the DEC.

La 3ème réunion du "Club des Utilisateurs Display® en France"

 2007 July 4th

La 3ème réunion du "Club des Utilisateurs Display® en France" se tiendra ce Mercredi 4 juillet 2007 à Paris La Défense à la DGUHC

Thèmes principaux : Actions de communication Display, mise à jour sur l’application de la DPE et d’adaptation de Display. Ce troisième atelier est en effet une opportunité pour dialoguer :

• avec des villes pilotes avancées dans leurs actions d’affichage de l’étiquette Display et de communication. Elles ont d’ailleurs soumises leur candidature pour l’award Display 2007

• très concrètement sur le DPE avec la DGUHC et l’Ademe. L’objectif est donc de préparer le DPE bâtiment public et ainsi faire en sorte que Display continue a refléter les besoins du terrain.

• Ce sera également une occasion de faire le point sur l’outil de Calcul en ligne et les erreurs à éviter.

Communicating to change our behaviour - Brasov (RO) – Display® Users Club meeting

 2007 April 25th - 27th

The 12th Annual Conference of Energie-Cités will be one of the first events to be organised on a European scale since the accession of Romania to the European Union, hosted by the city of Brasov. Please remember that Brasov was the winner of the second prize of the last years Display®/Towards Class Award. The thematic of the conference is very well in line with one of the major activities local authorities are undertaking in their local Display® Campaign. So obviously the Display® Campaign is part of the conference programme in a special workshop.
The users club meeting will be combined with an international study tour to a municipal building undergoing refurbishment with energy efficiency measures. The study tour will address not only the technical aspects of the refurbishment, but also the procedural difficulties overcome and financial mechanisms utilised for realisation of the refurbishment. The conference and the Users Club meeting will give the opportunity:

• to bring practical and down-to-earth answers for (developing an efficient communication strategy on a local level, understanding the mechanisms behind behavioural change, involving partners, having access to professional operational support)
• to continue exchanges about Display® Campaign
• to appreciate the views of communication and social marketing specialists Looking forward to meet you in Brasov

Deuxième réunion du Club d’utilisateurs Display® - Grenoble (FR)

 2007 January 30th

Energie-Cités et la DGUHC du Ministère de l’équipement et du logement ont créé un Club d‘utilisateurs français de Display®.
Organisé sous la forme d’atelier, il permet permet l’échange d’expériences des municipalités françaises.
Un premier atelier s’est déjà déroulé le 12 octobre à Paris.

Le second aura lieu le 30 janvier à Grenoble de 14h à 18h et portera sur le thème DPE et Display®, complémentarité et adaptation. Ce sera l’opportunité de participer très concrètement à la transposition de la Directive bâtiments - une des missions de la DGUHC- et faire en sorte que la règlementation reflète les besoins du terrain.

Il est ouvert à toutes les villes françaises membres de la Campagne Display®, mais les places sont limitées à 25 personnes avec priorité aux personnes qui ont participé au premier atelier.

Club d’utilisateurs Display® - Paris (FR)

 2006 October 12th

Afin de permettre aux villes et agences engagées dans Display® de partager leurs expériences et de surmonter les obstacles qui peuvent se présenter, Energie-Cités à proposé à la DGUHC - Direction Générale de l’Urbanisme, de l’Habitat et de la Construction - du Ministère de l’équipement et du logement de créer un Club d’utilisateurs français de Display®.
Ces ateliers, organisés deux fois par an, s’adressent prioritairement aux élus en charge du domaine, aux techniciens et aux responsables des relations publiques ou de la communication.

Le premier atelier aura lieu le 12 octobre à la DGUHC.
