In 2006. Town of Ivanić-Grad has created 43 development projects.
They cover many fields important for the town development such as:

- developing stable investment possibilities
- physical and urban planning
- traffic infrastructure and public utilities equipment

- special care for young, older and social vulnerable citizens
- education, sport, culture
- protection and improvement of natural environment
