Ville de 230 000 habitants, Montpellier a un climat méditerranéen avec notamment des étés chauds et des températures d'hiver régulièrement négatives, avec une forte amplitude dans les températures.





Actions implemented in the field of building performance:

Le bureau d'études de service Energie s'implique dès la conception dans les nouveaux projets et les réhabilitation de bâtiments.

Il rédige lui même les cahiers des charge chauffage & ventilation pour les projets ou prescrit aux maîtres d'oeuvre extérieur les éléments à prendre en compte.

Ceci en terme d'isolation, vitrage, protection contre les surchauffes.
Mais aussi en électricité (éclairage performant, asservissements, variateur de vitesse...)

Le service exploite les installations de chauffage en régie,et bénéficie du retour d'expérience.

Il regoupe également l'ensemble des données des fournisseurs d'énergie. Permettant de suivre au plus près les consommations et dépenses d'énergie.
