Are Display members obliged to display the poster if the classification indicates a poor rating (e.g. F or G) ?
Display® works on a voluntary basis, so the municipality decides in which buildings the Poster will be displayed. Nevertheless we recommend to place the poster in all municipal buildings. Be aware that since 01/09/2009 - you are obliged to display a public building’s energy certificate in a prominent place for building with more than 1000 m².
