On the 13th October 2010, the Energy Agency of Savinjska, Šaleška and Koroška Region (KSSENA) organised an international conference on energy certificates. There were 80 participants who benefitted from simultaneously translation in Slovenian and English at the Hotel Paka Hall in Velenje, Slovenia.

The participants were able to hear from Slovenian and European experts in the field of energy certifications in public buildings. The main subjects covered included why, how and what measures should be carried out to obtain energy certificates. There were also a variety of presentations of different experiences from Europe and specifically England and Wales on how Energy certificates are produced in public buildings.

At the end there were many questions from the public and a lively debate.
