Exhibition of Display posters at Renovate Europe Day 2013
The exhibition of Display posters was one highlight of the REDay2013. And once again the Display Campaign is recognized as an efficient communication tool for extensive building refurbishment.
"Energy Efficiency is the highest impact measure governments can take to save energy. And buildings represent the greatest potential sector for energy savings in the European Union", says President Van Rompuy.
About 200 participants gather together at Renovate Europe Day on 9th October in Brussels. Workshops about designing deeprenovation programmes and how to fund them have taken place. Within, the Display Campaign had the rightful place in showing a way of achieving goals of energy efficiency.
REDay Participants paid great attention to the exhibition of 16 Display posters showing implemented ambitious energy efficiency measures on buildings and their improvements from 16 different local authorities all over Europe in the language of each country.
One of the posters was about the Lithuanian school M. Mazvydas of Kaunas, built in 1978. Measures as the replacement of windows, wall and roof insulation and improvement of the radiator heating system had been implemented to reach the energy performance results visible on the poster below.
As participants note and the Display Campaign proofed once again, to be an efficient tool for planning and communicating extensive refurbishment thanks to the eye-catching Display posters.
