The reference year is the year that you collect the following data. Please note that the declaration of the year shown on your poster always equals the year that follows the reference year.

Example A: Myatt Primary School
Data for the school building was collected for the year 2004. Now it is the year 2005. The declaration of the year that has to be entered is 2004. On the poster the year 2005 will be shown.
