Building Energy Performance Certificates for Display in Public Buildings, 6 December - Paris (FR)

The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive gives Member States until at the very latest 4 January 2009 to have implemented the requirement of Article 7.3 that all public buildings over 1,000 m2 should display an energy performance certificate.
